Strong understanding of HVAC equipment and rental applications; familiarity with generators and temporary power solutions is a plus.
Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing division with frequent travel (~70%).
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (preferred) with 5–10 years of outside sales leadership, ideally in HVAC, equipment rental, or power generation.
The proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop sales teams, set clear standards, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled in prospecting, negotiating, closing, and building long-term relationships at all levels. Proficiency with CRM tools, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
