Experience communicating across a multi-discipline team and across different offices.
BSc / BENG degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
a relevant number of years experience working with a major EPC contractor or operator.
Chartered Engineer from a professional institution in UK (or equivalent)
Experience of delivery on conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED and/or EPC projects.
Subject matter expert skills in one area of electrical engineering
Must be able to drive quality within the electrical team and ensure high standards are met.
Experience managing a large team and understanding how to manage personnel.
Have an understanding of electrical safety requirements, international standards and implications on design.
Experience training/mentoring younger engineers either informally or through a formal training scheme.
