  • Develop detailed logistics plans for construction projects, including site utilization, material flow, and sequencing.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners to ensure logistics strategies align with project goals.
  • Design visuals to communicate construction concepts effectively to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize graphics tools such as PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe Illustrator to produce high-quality visual content.
  • Ensure all visual materials adhere to company branding standards and effectively communicate critical information.
  • Maintain and update logistics plans throughout the lifecycle of multiple projects.
  • Educate and empower our field teams by providing templates, workflows, and training to help our teams make simple modifications to our deliverables.

  • Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills to facilitate the storyboard process.
  • Support BIM/VDC integration for logistics planning; experience with Revit or similar tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and further develop relevant professional skills
  • Strong grasp of graphic design principles, including layout, formatting, hierarchy, and visual clarity to ensure all visuals are both functional and professionally presented.
  • Organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations as needed.
  • 5+ years of experience in architecture, construction, or related discipline.
  • Ability to help teammates learn, grow and develop their professional skills
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, site logistics, and safety considerations.
  • Security and stability of a consistent top 20 ENR contractor.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment as well as independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Adobe Illustrator; strong graphic design and visualization skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Familiarity with BIM/VDC tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) preferred.
