Provide ad hoc finance support to the Finance Director
Maintain accurate financial records and filing
Support month-end journals, trial balances and management accounts

Assist with sales and purchase ledger processing
Check timesheets and expense claims

This role supports the day-to-day running of the finance function, covering sales and purchase ledger, banking, reconciliations and month-end processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, numerate and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint would be a significant advantage.

AAT Level 4 qualified, or Level 3 with significant experience / working towards Level 4
Strong Excel and general accounting system experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance or accounts role
Experience with Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint preferred
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Experience in a creative, design or studio-based environment
Confident communicator and effective team player
Exposure to US and/or UAE accounting, including a basic understanding of local tax requirements and GAAP principles
