- Actively leverage AI tools and emerging technologies for contract review, analysis, and management, driving adoption of practical technology solutions that enhance productivity and accuracy in legal operations.

- Draft, review, and finalize contracts with an accuracy rate determined annually for the fiscal year.
- Efficiently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with a focus on streamlined processes and practical solutions, including:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement scalable solutions to increase efficiency and consistency in contracting.
- Provide strategic legal advice on commercial matters and support broader legal initiatives as needed.

- Work experience in energy, power, industrial equipment, or related sectors, strongly preferred.
- Requires up to 10% travel, some overnight travel may be required.
- Demonstrates advanced expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements across a range of industries and legal frameworks.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong workplace relationships.
- Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas (both written and verbal) to both internal and external customers and to listen effectively to customer needs.
- 10+ years of relevant legal experience, with a preference for at least 2 years in an in-house legal department.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Proficiency with contract management tools, legal operations best practices, and AI/technology adoption for continuous improvement of legal processes and efficiency gains.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with proven ability to effectively collaborate across diverse functions and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
