Responsible for the design and execution of Pulp & Paper DCS systems.
- Understand the technical scope to implement application engineering and ensure the quality of engineering as per definitions.
- Serve as an Application Engineer for projects, participating in Application Engineering and conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) on-site
- Perform system engineering, P&ID reading and interpretation, IO Assignment, FS, FDS, As-Built preparation, Loop checking, Pre-commissioning, FAT testing, and system integration.
- Perform Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), including 3rd party device communication with MODBUS TCP/IP Protocol
- Handle template making, control loop development, and sequence development for the entire system with reference to Process narratives and P&IDs.
- Conduct Graphics Modifications.
