1 or more years experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred)

Must have the ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, both visually and audibly
Must have the ability to be on call and travel for work when needed, especially during busy summer months
Ability to operate a phone, computer, and/or tablet
Candidates should reside in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area.
Travel to remote work sites as needed. 80% Travel Required. Three weeks of travel are required at a time. A per diem of $50.00/night will be provided when traveling.
May need to pass DOT physical
Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email
Experience with wall-mounted MarvAir, Bard, and MarvAir DAC/WAC direct air-cooling units highly preferred
1 or more year of Construction experience will be considered in lieu of HVAC experience
