The intern will assist in the design and planning of buildings and spaces within residential, commercial, or mixed‑use developments, gaining experience in both the creative and technical aspects of architecture on land development projects.

Assist with site analysis for development projects
Create architectural drawings and 3D models
Support conceptual design development
Draft floor plans, elevations, and technical documents
Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with zoning laws and regulations
