Extensive knowledge of environmental services and liability issues.
Background in remediation system and civil construction project management.
B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Geology, or related discipline.
Proven leadership, strategic planning, and financial management capabilities.
Experience with various contract types: Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials, Cost-Plus.
12–15 years of experience supporting environmental projects for federal government clients.
Strong understanding of CERCLA and RCRA requirements.
Ability to supervise work groups and build coalitions across government and professional organizations.
