The TMX Coordinator ensures a World Class Team Member Experience by delivering development opportunities and training for leaders, while executing team-member engagement programs. The role provides leadership support for TMX initiatives and works closely with the Production Manager, TMX Manager and General Manager, also advancing special TMX projects as assigned.
Key responsibilities include assessing the effectiveness of organizational development and training practices, analyzing turnover metrics, facilitating goal-setting and action-planning, partnering with training, QA and EH&S managers, and leading leadership development workshops. The coordinator also ensures performance evaluation processes are in place and provides coaching to leaders on feedback and trust-building.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, and at least five years of experience as an HR Generalist with training and instructional duties. Strong facilitation, coaching, organizational, and interpersonal skills are required, along with computer literacy in AS400, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to handle confidential information. Bilingual ability in Spanish is advantageous for plants with predominantly Spanish-speaking teams.
The position involves consistent computer use and typical office equipment in an indoor, temperature-controlled environment, with work primarily consisting of sitting or standing and occasional travel as needed.
