  • Management Information (MI) & Reporting – designing and developing suite of MI & reporting information in the relevant format ((SAP SuccessFactors User Story Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud, QM4, ad hoc queries)
  • People Systems Management – Supporting the administration and customisation of cloud-based HR Information System, SAP SuccessFactors. Collaborating with the IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues, implement system enhancements, changes requiring integration/back-end system configuration and ensure data integrity and security. Position Management & maintenance of corporate structure including workflow within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • HR Data Management – Developing and maintaining HR databases, systems and reporting tools, supporting data migration between SAP ECC6 and SAP SuccessFactors and monitoring any relevant data governance processes
