Lead and participate in site de-risking exercises to identify potential issues and implement timely mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and present reports, proposals, and project updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party consultants—including development, construction operations, and design professionals—to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Assist in identifying and addressing zoning and permitting requirements, including easements and other regulatory considerations.
