Construction Project Specialist (Bilingual ENG/KOR)

Description

• Draft preliminary CAD and millwork detail drawings as needed.
• Conduct on-site visits to evaluate site conditions and constraints for upcoming projects.
• Identify required materials and perform detailed quantity take-offs for procurement.
• Analyze and monitor architectural and engineering drawings and documentation for accuracy and feasibility.
• Compile and produce refrigeration and equipment packages.
• Process project-related payments, including those for outsourced services and general contractors.
• Coordinate permit and bidding documentation; prepare complete construction bidding packages.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Interior Design or Architecture Major or related field
• 2 to 4 years of related professional experience
• Excellent portfolio of previous works required
• Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D Max
