5 years' experience working with future technology efforts, such as Analysis of Alternatives, trades, prototypes, demonstrators, standards development, frameworks, and models
Chief Engineer experience
Experience overseeing development contracts to develop, design, assess simulation and prototype hardware and software
10 years' experience with technical requirements development, systems engineering, systems integration, technology development
15 years' experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with space systems and/or military or commercial satellite systems
Experience leading, managing, or supervising small teams
Familiarity with NC3 organization and next generation concepts
Ability to articulate market ideas and concepts with stakeholders in support of next generation technology
Certifications, such as PMP, INCOSE CSEP, ESEP
