• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard‑surface flooring systems.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Crew & Foreman roles will demonstrate initiative, a self‑starting attitude, high professional integrity, a strong work ethic, and competitive drive.

• Experience with concrete polishing and epoxy/urethane flooring.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Age 18 or older and able to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Completion of respirator medical evaluation and fit test.
