Employees are eligible after 90 days of service. Health plan is through Cigna and dental plan is through Ameritas. Employees pay approximately 20% of the cost.
Salaried employees will receive their regular rate of pay for each holiday. Hourly employees will receive pay only for holidays they would normally be scheduled to work.

Health Savings Account
Employees are eligible after 90 days of service. Benefit is 66.6% of gross pay (up to a maximum ) for up to 26 weeks. Provided to employees at no cost to them.
Aid to Education (Tuition Reimbursement)
Employees accrue vacation time each month based on their number of years of service. 2 weeks/year up to 5 years; 3 weeks 5-15 years; 4 weeks after 15 years.
Employees can have the cost of day care deducted from their pay each week before taxes. The company will then issue the participant a check for the deducted amount once a month.
Eligible after 6 months of service prior to January 1st or July 1st. 3% minimum contribution to participate. The company matches 100% of that 3% weekly and may make an annual discretionary match of up to an additional 3%. Plan compensation for the match is based on 40 hours per week straight time pay only.
Employees who have other health insurance and do not need group insurance are eligible for reimbursement up to $2500 per year.
Life Insurance
Employees taking group health insurance are eligible to put pre-tax payroll deductions in a Health Savings Account to help with medical costs and deductibles.
