- Coordinate and execute installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
- Travel to our Greens Rd. location as needed to address support issues and maintain consistency across sites.
- Frequently sit and reach with hands and arms
- Regularly use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to identify and implement solutions for hardware, software, and network-related problems, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.
- Facilitate the creation and management of Active Directory (AD) accounts/users and Exchange accounts/mailboxes within O365 and on-premises servers, ensuring seamless access and communication capabilities for users.
- Provide day-to-day support for desktop systems and related infrastructure at our Westpark location, including hardware, software, and network components.

- Expertise in rebuilding and configuring desktops and laptops
- Knowledge of network protocols and shares
- Competence in Outlook/Exchange for email and communication systems
- Bachelor's/Associate's degree in IT, CS, MIS, or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in managing Terminal Servers
- Understanding of Cisco VOIP systems
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems is a plus
- Experience with VMWare virtualization technology is a plus
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management
- 5-7 years of experience supporting diverse software/hardware products
- Ability to install and manage network printers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision and ability to adjust focus
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft O365 Suite, particularly OneDrive
- Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
