Work closely with the Compliance Team to remediate any Audit Anomalies;
Prepare area, cost-schedule and events variance reports for validation projects
Identifying queries, data gaps and missing information;
Manage document workflow to ensure team responsibilities are completed in a timely manner
Sourcing documents and portfolio information;
Assisting with Database Report preparation and circulation;
To abstract critical and key information from leases and other contract
To transfer or abstract information into various lease and portfolio database systems;
Review landlord invoices to ensure adherence to lease requirement
Ensure our processes and procedures are maintained to ensure adherence with all internal and external compliance policies
Accurately record Lease Documents information into Master Document Control Log / Document Trackers
To perform Lease Document Matching and Review for completeness to be able to Abstract;
Liaise with internal parties to obtain appropriate lease documentation
Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve Document/Abstraction related queries
Provide monthly standard and/or adhoc reports according to agreed reporting calendar within a timely and accurate manner
Recording received documentation and information;
To Cross Check and verify Abstracts and System Data;
To verify and review System Reports and System Data for Accuracy and Completeness;
Ensure the agreed KPI’s (Productivity, Quality and Turn Around Time) are met;
Work closely with colleagues within other Lease Administration teams to ensure workload is completed in a timely and accurate manner and escalate issues where required
Where Database Reporting is to be done; ensure the agreed Reporting KPI’s are met
Provide excellent service to Internal Stake Holders
