Maintain technical competency and stay updated on industry regulations and trends.
Supervise and review Project Managers and support staff.
Manage and coordinates project teams for stormwater-related projects.
Identify staffing needs and develop project work plans.
Foster trust and unity within the project team.

10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with progressive stormwater design project experience, including project management
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with stormwater modeling programs such as Stormwise (formerly ICPR), SWMM, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D & 2D), Autodesk SSA, etc.
Proven ability to win and complete work as a project manager.
Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
Strong technical knowledge of stormwater design principles and best practices.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of MS4 permitting and compliance practices.
Proven experience in stormwater management and related infrastructure projects including GSI.
