- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with business users and IT teams.
- Proficient in managing databases (SQL, Oracle) and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365.
- 1-2 years of experience with D365, BC, or NAV solutions.
