  • Travel to job sites throughout the Midwest region as needed
  • Supervise and lead field crews on resinous flooring projects across mulitple states
  • Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to installers and foremen
  • Ensure quality installation practices, proper material use, and jobsite safety
  • Communicate with project managers and sales reps regarding job progress and issues
  • Conduct job walks, punch lists, and closeouts
  • Track daily production, labor and material usage
  • Coordinate job schedules, site mobilization, and crew planning with operations

  • Ability to read specs and interpret SOWs
  • 3+ years of experience in resinous flooring (epoxy, urethane, MMA, etc.)
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
  • Comfortable managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of floor prep, moisture mitigation, cove systems, and coating application
  • Proven leadership experience in a field supervisor or foreman role
