An appreciation of clients’ needs, and able to communicate effectively with clients.
An understanding of the principle of building evacuation within rail and road environments
Have a relevant qualification in fire qualification in fire risk assessment (Pas 79 or equivalent) not essential
Willing to learn and grow into the role of a risk assessor and complete assessments
Able to understand a brief from the project lead and complete tasks within time and budget
An understanding of implementation of regulatory reform fire safety order and CD352 tunnel systems design
Willing to work away from home and occasionally at night
