The Member Experience Manager will coach and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team, ensure seamless member interactions, uphold building standards, and collaborate with broader Fora functions to maintain brand consistency. The role also drives innovation to enhance member experiences and team engagement.
The ideal candidate has hospitality, retail or co‑working experience, proven supervisory skills in a customer‑facing setting, excellent verbal and written communication, strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Professional integrity, reliability and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential.
