In this role you will guide the creation, refinement, and operation of equipment and processes, always adhering to safety and performance expectations. You will ensure compliance with safety codes, safeguard operators and maintenance crews, and help maintain daily manufacturing asset performance to meet safety, quality, OEE, and cost targets. Additionally, you will advise on the design of production equipment to satisfy sanitary standards and spearhead improvement projects with budgets up to $5 million, applying engineering analysis and project‑management techniques to resolve challenges.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent) and have at least three years of relevant experience. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and travel up to 15 % for meetings, installations, or best‑practice sharing is required. Preferred qualifications include prior manufacturing experience, a commitment to continuous self‑development, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
