  • Read manufacturing drawings and reference part numbers to obtain required information.
  • Provide training to all production personnel in relation to procedures, instructions and forms utilized in the area.
  • To supervise the production personnel in the shop floor area.
  • Communicate with the Production team and Plant Manager any machine problem, or production problem, that may affect the desired output of production.
  • To supervise and provide functional guidelines to operating personnel.
  • Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels and function as an effective supervisor.
  • Responsible for monitoring the maintenance of production equipment
  • Understand and follow, and ensure employees are following, safety rules.
  • To verify the implementation of all operating procedures on the shop floor and to train personnel in those operating procedures to ensure that specified requirements are met.
  • Provide suggestions and solutions for production-related problems.
  • Schedule work as required through the ERP system.

  • Production scheduling experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to work expected hours of: 4:30pm – 3:00am, Monday - Thursday.
  • Strong mathematical, leadership and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to coach and train team members.
  • ERP system experience preferred.
  • Familiar with product specifications.
  • Have a good understanding and strong knowledge of all company routines.
  • 3+ years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required.
