  • Maintaining a healthy and safe working environment for self and others through a clear understanding of workplace safety requirements and systems
  • Planning all activity into the LISA planning board
  • Establishing a customer first mentality when maintaining and realigning planning schedules
  • Developing and maintaining good relationships between themselves and the workshop engineers
  • Taking the lead in the organisation and delivery of spare parts through the effectrive management of sub suppliers.
  • Working in accordance to company quality assurance guidelines
  • Developing an effective working relationship with the sales administation tream, Liebherr Rental and Used equipment.
  • Ensuring customer specifications are met by ensuring timely delivery of optional extras and machine-specific attachments to allow for a continuous workflow so as to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Operating the wash bay planning system to effectively manage the work flow
  • Maintaining an organised system of work, ensuring filing and documentation are handled in a timely manner and logically filed
