Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, inspection records, timesheets, and expense reports.
Collaborate with the workshop team to meet goals and customer deadlines, including occasional overtime.
Perform workshop tasks such as overhauls, reconditioning, modifications, cleaning, and machining of reciprocating engine components.
Maintain and track tool inventory, ensuring proper calibration and readiness of machining and measuring equipment.
Conduct preventive maintenance on plant equipment and complete training for heavy lifting tools (forklift, gantry cranes, turning equipment).
Ensure all on-site activities comply with Wärtsilä’s Health and Safety standards (ISO 45001:2018) and that all work meets ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Assist in preparing detailed project completion reports according to Wärtsilä standards.
Manage on-site machining projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

Bend/Squat/Sit and Stand for a prolonged period of time.
Carrying: 25 Pounds; 5 Times per shift.
