- Lettings, Lease renewals & rent reviews – negotiation of terms and instruction of legal through to completion Transactions undertaken on behalf of clients may involve significant sums of both capital and revenue and/or long term commitments and liabilities (25 year leases, 80 year easements/rights)
- Lease Management – discharge of lease obligations & strategic planning
- Health & Safety – working with internal colleagues to ensure compliance, audit and continuous performance improvements are met
- Coordination with legal and other internal departments on property issues
- Provision of advice to internal companies
- Appointment and management of specialist consultants as required
- Property Management – advice and estate management services throughout the property lifecycle (acquisition, Implementation, Occupation & Closure)

- Strong Microsoft office and other IT skills
- Experience of managing a varied property portfolio in a corporate or utility environment
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK
- Some health and safety experience. Having qualifications such as IOSH would be hugely advantageous.
- Up to 2 days volunteering a year
- Degree educated preferable in law or a science
