  • Working across multiple teams to help operationalise system updates and continuous improvement activities like integration with other systems, improving our processes.
  • Keep informed on contemporary HR practices to continuously expand skills, knowledge and experience

  • Assist with recruitment activities when needed, ensuring a positive candidate experience and safeguarding the company’s employer brand.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of data across HR systems.
  • Analyse and report on HR metrics, providing insights that inform decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
  • Coach and train People Leaders on HR practices and responsibilities, helping to build strong leadership capability across the organisation.
