- Experience with SCCM, VPN.
- Good learning, analytical, and synthesis skills.
- Bilingual French and English: To serve clients and external service providers across Canada and USA
- Working knowledge of software, hardware, and other relevant equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems of varying difficulty.
- On-site presence: Ability to travel to the Luminis site, 260 Av. Labrosse, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5L5, 3 days per week (hybrid model).
- Intermediate (and above) knowledge of MS Office applications and administration of the Office 365 and Azure AD ecosystem, InTune.
- IT College degree or equivalent.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar job.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft environment, including RDP, licensing, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and printers.
- Experience and training in troubleshooting and first-level technical support.
