- Design and advance a unified, insight‑driven HR technology ecosystem across the global enterprise.
- Partner with senior HR leaders to reimagine workflows, eliminate redundancy, and introduce automation, analytics, and AI.
- Co‑lead HR technology architecture and implementations with IT to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
- Oversee selection, implementation, and optimization of modern HR platforms for agility, compliance, and workforce intelligence.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree and brings 15+ years of progressive HR experience with deep expertise in HR systems, AI capabilities, and large‑scale change management. Proven ability to influence matrixed organizations, manage vendor relationships, present to senior leadership, and deliver data‑driven insights is required. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, a security clearance is preferred, and the role is based in Reston, VA.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of HR experience with progressive responsibility in HR systems, tools, and AI.
- Proven track record leading large‑scale HR system implementations and migrations in global enterprises.
- Experience managing complex enterprise‑level change programs and data‑driven decision making.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to influence matrixed organizations and build high‑performing teams without direct authority.
- Vendor negotiation experience, including SOW, scope, and budget management.
- U.S. citizenship with preferred security clearance; able to commute to Reston, VA headquarters.
