Completes move-out paperwork and manages security deposit processes, ensuring accurate data input into relevant software (e.g., Onesite).
Collects rent payments, process billing, post payments, and deposit receipts according to company and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit procedures.
Supervises site staff ensuring respectful, professional and ethical practices.
Manages communications with residents and staff ensuring a harmonious, respectful, professional, and ethical workplace environment.
Prepares required reports for Regional/Area Managers, Accounting, and other departments.
Enforces lease agreements and community rules in accordance with Fair Housing laws.
Prepares property for audits or regulatory inspections, ensuring adherence to all relevant local, state, and federal regulations regarding multifamily housing.
