The Pacific Northwest Rail + Transit Sector Manager will lead TYLin’s regional practice from an office in Seattle, Portland, or nearby locations. The role oversees strategic growth, project execution, and team development across Washington, Oregon, and beyond, serving high‑profile clients such as Sound Transit, TriMet, and WSDOT. The manager also collaborates with national Rail + Transit leadership on pursuits and initiatives across North America.
