The Project Manager will coordinate all contract activities from award through handover and financial close, work closely with sales and field operations to align installations with contract documents, and provide regular progress updates to branch, regional, and senior leadership. They will also communicate proactively with contractors, owners, architects, and regulatory agencies, and manage construction processes such as billing, vendor payments, RFIs, and change orders to maximize project cash flow.

Successful candidates will have at least two years of elevator project management or construction experience, be familiar with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration, and possess the ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Strong communication, leadership, time‑management, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft software; an associate degree in construction management is preferred, and a bachelor's in engineering, architecture, or business is a plus.
- Maintain at least 2 years of elevator project management or construction experience.
- Demonstrate familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder relationships.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with self‑motivation and adaptability.
- Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments.
- Possess high school diploma; associate or technical degree preferred; bachelor's degree a plus.
