- Leads contract negotiations and manages client relationships to secure future projects.
- Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in healthcare facility construction.
- Coordinates with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations during construction.
- Manages portfolio of clients with multiple projects, with a focus on healthcare facility construction.
- Responsible for delivering revenues assigned from specific clients as a result of repeat business caused by flawless execution of projects.
- Supervises and directs Project Managers with multiple projects or program of projects.
- Develops and implements project management methodologies and best practices across the organization.
- Directs staff to operate and minimize exposure to claims.
- Typically manages projects involving RTF (Risk Triggering Factors) and develops strategies to mitigate risks.
- Has decision-making authority and directs other Project Managers in recognizing risk and uncertainty with plans to mitigate and eliminate such.
- Manages complex clients and projects, particularly in active healthcare facilities.
- Consistently delivers profit margins planned and optimizes project financial performance.

- Consistently completes projects without write-downs or multiplier erosion.
- Must have experience with management and oversite of field activies, management of field staff, coordination with contractors. Must also be strong with administrative, management, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in active facilities.
- BA/BS + 10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
- Must have experience with healthcare facility construction.
