-Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders -Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and business goals -Learn and apply safety, operational, and technical procedures -Provide administrative support across various business units -Participate in development workshops and mentoring sessions -Assist with data entry, document management, and reporting tasks

What You Bring

-Minimum C grades in Year 10 English and Maths (or equivalent) -Reside in WA and be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident -Recently completed Year 11 or Year 12, or graduated in 2023 or 2024. -Some experience (paid, volunteer, or school-based) in admin or customer service -Willingness to learn, reliable, and punctual -Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Able to work independently and as part of a team -Complete a Certificate III in Business while gaining practical experience -Strong communication and time management skills
