LIHTC experience is REQUIRED, with a strong understanding of affordable housing programs.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
CAM® or CAPS® designation (preferred).
More than 1 year of property management experience in the multifamily residential industry.
Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
LIHTC/affordable housing experience.
