The successful candidate will process and manage purchase orders for consumables, materials and stock across multiple sites, review vendor invoices, convert requisitions, maintain records, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, resolve purchasing issues, monitor supplier service quality, track orders and support process‑improvement initiatives such as the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
Ideal applicants are organized, dependable and thrive under pressure, with demonstrated purchasing experience in operations or manufacturing, strong attention to detail, time‑management and a solutions‑focused mindset. They should be confident using Microsoft Office and SAP, possess excellent communication and customer‑service skills, and have experience or interest in the building, steel or industrial sectors.
