- Oversee all components of the P&L, including revenue, gross profit, and operating expenses to meet adjusted EBITDA targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Support functions to provide financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and P&L/Balance Sheet management.
- Support monthly forecasts, month‑end reporting, and variance analysis; develop dashboards and conduct trend analyses.
- Participate in the annual budgeting process to ensure accuracy and consistency across the company.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly reports for senior leadership with variance explanations and commentary.
- Structure and present data for storytelling, delivering practical insights to inform business decisions.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Engage in special projects and continuously enhance deliverable quality.
- Provide ad‑hoc support for field and corporate leadership.

- 8+ years progressive finance or related experience, preferably corporate FP&A in a public company.
- BS in Finance/Business/Accounting; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, team‑building, communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
- Advanced Excel modeling and financial scenario development skills.
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau) and experience with ERP and FP&A software.
- Deep knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practices.
- Strategic thinking and financial analysis with problem‑solving capability to identify priorities and recommend actions.
- Ability to simplify complex information and influence cross‑functional partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, content creation, and presentation skills.
- Effective communication with senior executives.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, comfortable in a fast‑paced, demanding environment; able to manage multiple urgent tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel moderately for business purposes.
- Ability to work on‑site in Greenwich, CT, five days per week.
