Create and refine 3D surfaces using survey data, alignments, and profiles to ensure design accuracy.
Oversee the production of construction plans for paving, grading, storm drainage, detention, water, and wastewater systems.
Mentor and supervise design team members while ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Maintain organized design files for seamless collaboration across all stakeholders.
Work closely with internal teams and municipal staff to facilitate reviews and secure permits.

Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas or ability to obtain licensure within one year.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Minimum 3 years in civil design, specifically in private single-family residential developments within the DFW area.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
