- Prepare and provide reports on system compliance to others.
- Use Google Maps or GIS to find location and coordinates (latitude and longitude).
- Prepare and interrogate data in Excel using pivot tables.
- Assist the Computerized Maintenance Management System Administrator with updating and maintaining currency in the employee tables in the CMMS system.
- Assist with reviewing and making improvements to inventory coding, including parts information, location, vendors, etc.
- Analyze data for non-standard practices, errors, and inconsistent processes/metrics and presents detailed improvement plans to immediate supervisor.
- Help identify data inconsistencies and provide reports describing those inconsistencies.
- Pull reports from SQL tables and convert data into Excel.
- Work through conflicting data to identify patterns and root cause of conflicts.

- Fast learner and team player with a willing to learn attitude, that is adaptive and receptive to various duties and assignments.
- Possess excellent research and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience in pulling reports from SQL tables and converting data onto Excel.
- Strong communication, organizational and technical skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Advances Excell utilization skills for analysis and sorting of data and ability to write formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with Asset Management software (AssetWorks) and ability to pull and analyze data from software interface.
- Sound understanding of data types within data tables and spreadsheets.
- Experience with and ability to document processes and procedures.
