Develop work packages through job walks
Design project schedules and contract agreements, maintain data integrity throughout the project lifecycle, and prepare reports for client support
Provide schedule narratives to explain weekly discrepancies
Plan pump maintenance and repairs accurately
Provide resources for support, training, and schedule maintenance
Assist projects in establishing baseline schedules, updates, documentation, and modifications
Produce or support development of preliminary bid schedules to identify bidding advantages and ensure quality
Generate monthly status reports for upper management detailing key schedule information and changes from the previous month
