Reporting to the Director of Project Services, the PMO Manager will partner with the Director to establish and lead the Project Management Office at Rising Edge Group. The role focuses on elevating project execution across business units and regions by creating governance frameworks, aligning cross‑functional teams, and ensuring consistent delivery through the StageGate process. Additionally, the manager will equip teams with the necessary tools, templates, and resources to work efficiently.
Key responsibilities include defining the PMO structure, evaluating current delivery practices, and continuously improving processes and standards. The manager will oversee governance, compliance, and portfolio health, while providing enablement support, coordinating cross‑functional alignment, and coaching project staff. Reporting and portfolio management duties involve consolidating performance data and maintaining visibility into the project pipeline for strategic planning.
- Define and implement PMO structure, standards, and tools
- Evaluate current project delivery practices and identify improvement opportunities
- Develop, approve, and maintain project management processes
- Manage documentation, change control, and versioning for PMO artifacts
- Establish governance frameworks aligning projects with corporate goals
- Ensure full StageGate compliance with approvals at each stage
- Conduct routine audits to monitor process compliance and corrective actions
- Oversee portfolio health metrics: schedule, cost, scope, risk
- Provide up‑to‑date tools, templates, and resources to project teams
- Serve as central point of contact for PMO systems and infrastructure
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and remove delivery barriers
- Lead onboarding and support for new project staff
- Collaborate with department and regional leaders to document process variations
- Align cross‑functional teams (PM, Field, Controls, Procurement) for consistent delivery
- Coach project managers on PMO standards, workflows, and tools
- Coordinate training and development for project execution and controls
- Consolidate portfolio reporting, delivering KPIs, resource needs, and risk insights
- Integrate field performance data into executive reports
- Maintain visibility of project pipeline for strategic planning

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering or a related field, with a Master’s degree and PMP certification preferred. They bring 8‑10 years of project management experience, including at least 3‑5 years in a PMO leadership role and a minimum of 5 years on High Voltage Construction or EPC projects. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office, are essential.

- Skilled at analyzing project data to generate actionable insights
- Track record of driving organizational change and enhancing PM capabilities
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels
