Develops and manufactures insulation, roofing, and fiberglass composite building materials.
The role involves maintaining cleanliness of restrooms, common areas, break rooms, and parking lots, supporting building security, reporting repairs, and performing other assigned tasks.
Successful candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, work safely, show initiative, communicate effectively in English, multitask, and be flexible to work independently or as part of a team on the 2nd shift.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of janitorial experience, the ability to think under pressure and make quick decisions, and the capacity to train and coach others.
Physical requirements include standing 10‑12 hours straight, climbing stairs or ladders, repetitive bending, twisting, squatting and lifting up to 50 lb, and tolerating temperature extremes and noise.
