This role provides vision, leadership, and direction for fire inspections in the local district office, supervising fire alarm and sprinkler inspectors while developing business strategies and action plans to drive profitable growth of the Fire Service business and address life‑safety deficiencies.
Key responsibilities include implementing plans to exceed revenue targets for Planned Service Agreements, leading inspection teams to ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations, monitoring and improving district productivity, coaching and developing team members, and supporting safety initiatives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
Required qualifications are a valid FAL State License and RME‑I License, a college degree or equivalent of 10 years experience (preferred), and at least 5 years in the fire services industry. Candidates must be able to analyze deficiencies, work within a matrix structure, coach staff, understand basic accounting principles, and be proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
