The EPC Project Engineer will support the jobsite team in Williams, AZ, coordinating and managing project deliverables to meet profitability and schedule goals. The role is full‑time, fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and requires travel to the jobsite.
The position includes attending meetings, maintaining documentation, updating CPM schedules, handling submittals and change orders, managing safety and quality plans, and performing BIM administration, among other duties.
- Attend and document project meetings, write minutes.
- Set up and maintain electronic filing system for drawings, specs, and logs.
- Update and maintain CPM schedules and master schedule.
- Evaluate construction methods and maintain site‑specific safety and pre‑task planning processes.
- Distribute documents to subcontractors and keep document logs.
- Evaluate field issues, record PCI entries, and maintain PCI logs in CMiC.
- Review, analyze, and transmit submittals; maintain submittal and procurement logs.
- Perform expediting functions and verify cost codes on timesheets.
- Verify estimate quantities, report labor costs, and prepare extra work orders.
- Review and assemble change order submittals and quantity surveys.
- Set up and maintain a Quality Management system and progress photo album.
- Compile contract close‑out documents (O&M manuals, as‑builts) and maintain record‑set drawings.
- Document punch‑list items and perform basic BIM model administration.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of construction‑related experience (or equivalent internship), basic cost accounting, estimating and scheduling knowledge, ability to read plans, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with computer tools; field experience, drafting, and virtual construction technology are a plus.

- Knowledge of virtual construction technology systems preferred.
