Achieve sales goals for CADDY Commercial Electrical (CCI) and Gardner Bender business in the states of Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia, and the Western Pennsylvania region by successfully converting new business, primarily from projects and new product sales
Develop sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve regional sales targets
Actively communicate competitive feedback and market dynamics internally to help further improve the solution set and refine the message
Build relationships across all levels of key end-user customers and distributor partners

Ability to work 100% remotely from a home office in the sales region and travel 50-60% within the region; regular overnight trips expected due to the sizeable region. A current and valid driver's license is required
Strong preference for technical sales and value-based selling
Ability to walk/navigate a construction project
Experience working with end-user customers on projects
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred in outside sales
Organizational and time management skills with a passion for collaboration
