- Assist operational team in management of the goods receipting process.
- Assist with invoicing, ensuring all costs are covered & contractual mark-ups are applied.
- Assist with producing client reports in an accurate & timely manner (eg. CCN Log, unbilled reports, budget trackers & variable billing submissions)
- Be the first point of call for all finance related queries on the contract (internally & externally)
- Ensure accurate costing for employees’ salaries, phones, vehicles, labour etc.
- Ensure supplier invoices in query are reviewed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Manage debtor and ensure invoices are raised accurately and in a timely manner.

- Computer literacy (eg. Excel) – essential
- Experience in a similar role with a focus on client reporting and profitability would be desirable but not essential. Internal training will be provided for the correct candidate to ensure compliance with EMCOR accounting and finance policies.
- System experience of IFS/similar would be desired but is not essential
