We are recruiting a Senior BIM Modeler for our projects in Bangalore or Mumbai. Candidates should meet the listed credentials and be ready to contribute to our dynamic teams.
Candidates must hold a BE in Civil Engineering (or a diploma) with at least five years of BIM Technician experience using Civil 3D, and preferably possess Revit skills. Proven expertise in BIM/CADD drafting for earthwork, water supply, sewerage, drainage, roadway, and other civil infrastructure, as well as familiarity with BIM platforms, sub‑assembly tools, data shortcuts, point‑cloud databases, and site grading, is required.
- BIM Modeler 2 – Civil (ANA Projects).
- 5+ years’ experience as BIM Technician using Civil 3D; Revit skills a plus.
- BIM and CADD drafting experience for earthwork, water supply, sewerage, drainage, roadway and other civil infrastructure.
- Strong expertise in Civil 3D and knowledge of Revit.
- Experience with BIM platforms and tools such as Sub‑assembly Composer, Part Builder, and Content Browser.
- Proficient in data shortcuts, importing/exporting Civil 3D data to coordination software.
- Knowledge of point‑cloud databases, file‑size control, and modeling junctions, slopes, ditches, alignments, tables.
- Ability to troubleshoot Civil 3D issues.
- International project experience (USA, UK, Middle East, Australia) preferred.
- Skilled in preparing site civil plans, pipeline layout and profiles, GA drawings for pumping stations and water/wastewater treatment works.
- Understanding of site grading.
- Self‑motivated, assertive, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
- Flexible with work schedules and adaptable to new tasks.
- Good overall communication.
- Work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
