Experience in recruitment and workforce planning, including employer branding and talent pipeline development.
Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is required
Excellent knowledge of employment practices, processes, and relevant employment legislation.
CIPD Level 5 or equivalent qualification/experience
Previous experience in managing apprenticeship schemes and a sound understanding of the apprenticeship levy framework
Ability to engage effectively with trade unions and manage labour relations issues.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information, with a focus on compliance and governance.
Proficient in leveraging HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making and strategic approaches.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs or implementing learning strategies to build capability.
Ability to shape and drive HR strategy in alignment with organisational goals, influencing culture and long-term workforce planning.
Capability to engage, negotiate, and influence at senior levels.
Strong understanding of organisational priorities and the capability to integrate HR initiatives into the overall business strategy.
